Despite the win, Beggs’ defense faced some challenges, committing four errors that led to additional opportunities for Booker T. Washington. However, the pitching staff limited the damage, allowing just two total runs.
Booker T. Washington collected four hits in the contest, with several players contributing singles. The home team remained disciplined defensively, not committing an error, but was unable to match Beggs’ offensive output during the middle innings.
