Randy Keith Minter passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026, in Okmulgee at 45 years of age. He was born February 8, 1980, in Tulsa to Linda K. Minter and Donald Lee Minter.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2026, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kellos Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Yahola Jones Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Randy’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon-winters.com.
