A one-day Young Women’s Gathering designed to encourage, equip and uplift women in the early seasons of life will be held Friday, Jan. 17, at Calvary Baptist Church in Okmulgee.
Hosted by the North Canadian Baptist Association, the event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is centered around the theme of “Hope,” drawn from Romans 5:3–5. Organizers describe the gathering as an opportunity for young women to come together for encouragement, spiritual growth and connection.
The event is specifically focused on women in their 20s and 30s, including college students, young married women, stay-athome mothers and those in the early stages of their careers. The day is intended to speak to women navigating formative seasons of life while offering biblical encouragement and practical support.
Calvary Baptist Church, located at 1327 E. 13th Street in Okmulgee, will host the gathering. The cost to attend is $10.
Organizers invite women from across the area to attend and take part in a day devoted to hope, renewal and community.
