Joyce Anna Neal Grammer was born August 18, 1939, in Okemah. She passed from this life March 6, 2025. She worked for 15 years as a cook at Preston Public Schools.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Gib Grammer, daughter Sherry Henry, her parents Preston and Rena Neal, her brothers Willard Neal, Willie Neal, Alfred Neal and sister Linda Sivils.
She leaves behind loving family members, Vicky Carr and husband Jim, Dina Grammer, three granddaughters Amber Lowe and husband Timothy, Faith Davenport and Promise Davenport, two grandsons Jack Carr and Levi Carr and wife Jessica, as well as extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Steve Grammer, Ganon Grammer, Jaret Grammer, Jeff Potts, Greg Davis and Levi August 18, 1939 – March 6, 2025

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Preston Baptist Church, with Mr. Terry Jones and Rev. Kevin Jones officiating. Viewing will be held from 1-5 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee.
