Easter Egg Hunts planned

OSL, The Refuge to hold community events

The Easter Bunny is coming!

The Okmulgee Service League will once again hold their Egg Hunt for the community this weekend.

The event will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Okmulgee Municipal Park on 13th Street next to the Okmulgee County YMCA.

The hunt is for ages 0-10, with age groups divided up into various sections.

On Sunday, The Refuge Church will hold their fourth annual Easter event at Harmon Stadium.

Easter with The Refuge will be held at the stadium April 9 at 10:45 a.m.

The day’s activities will kick off with worship, followed by the community-wide Egg Hunt on the football field. This is for children up to 12 years of age.

Prize eggs will be available for children ages 3-12. There will be a special area of empty eggs designated for children under age 3.

Raven Rock Pizza & LeeShawns SoulFood will bring their trucks and will have items available for purchase by attendees.
