Sheriff Eddy Rice and the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office recently started their 2023 campaign to raise money for the National Child Safety Council for educational materials for the children and community. The county Masonic Lodges, Okmulgee 199 A.F. & A.M. of Okmulgee and Tulledega 201 A.F. & A.M. of Henryetta, answered the call. Pictured are Worshipful Master Eric Cunningham (left) and Worshipful Master Jason Gold (right) presenting a $500 check from each lodge to Sheriff Eddy Rice. This $1,000 donation will enable the Sheriff’s Department to purchase educational materials for more than 600 children.
