FitCamp is back at 6th Street Hub in downtown Okmulgee, offering an enhanced fitness experience with the addition of punching bags to its workout setup. The new equipment aims to invigorate participants and help them to further achieve their exercise goals with renewed energy.

Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 7 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m., with plans for additional sessions in the near future.

FitCamps are currently free for customers. Participants can enroll in monthly transformation challenges, where they have the chance to win a $1,000 prize. Each month, $10,000 is awarded to 10 winners, selected based on before and after photos evaluated by coaches from around the area. The challenges begin on the first Monday of each month and run for 21 days.
