DEWAR/HENRYETTA - The Okmulgee Bulldogs suffered a pair of run-rule losses to two county foes last Thursday.

The two losses came in the Bulldogs' first two games at the 34th Annual Joe Fowler Dewar Gumbo Classic baseball tournament.

The Okmulgee squad was originally scheduled to open tournament play against Kiefer last Thursday, but the Bulldogs were awarded a first-round bye at the annual tournament after two teams dropped out before the start of the tournament. The first-round bye put the Bulldogs in the quarterfinals against the host Dewar Dragons last Thursday afternoon.
