Richard Proctor, 57, passed away on April 3, 2026, at his home in Broken Arrow. Born on October 27, 1968, in Tahlequah, Richard was the son of Minnie Proctor.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Weogufkee Church in Hanna, with Rev. Jordan Samson officiating. Interment will follow at Weogufkee Cemetery in Hanna.

Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
