Cathy Michelle Starks (nee Hughes) was born on March 31, 1955, to Harvetta and Charlie Hughes in Los Angeles.

Viewing took place Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs. A graveside service followed at 2 p.m. at Beggs Cemetery.
