Vivian Patricia Shumway, 65, of Dewar, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026, in Tulsa. Vivian was born July 18, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio, and was raised primarily in Toledo and Perrysburg, Ohio. A celebration of Vivian’s life will be planned and announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
