December 28, 1969 – March 16, 2026

Charles Leon Slinker Jr., 56, a resident of Mounds, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, in Tulsa. Charles was born December 28, 1969, to Grace Marie Brown and Charles Leon Slinker Sr. in Midwest City.

Visitation and viewing is scheduled for 5-8 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Integrity Funeral Service, 410 E. Trudgeon Street in Henryetta.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2026, at Integrity Chapel. Interment will follow at the Hill-Thompson family cemetery in Salem.

Services under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
