The Okmulgee County’s District Attorney’s Office has several divisions, including a criminal division, where felony and misdemeanor crimes are prosecuted.
The attorneys working in this office are Carol Iski, Carman Rainbolt and Jack Osborn. The Office also maintains a Bogus Check Division, Restitution Division and Probation Department that not only supervises defendants while on probation, but assists in finding services such as drug and alcohol treatment and job searches.
The office also maintains a victim witness center named Safe Harbor in Okmulgee, where professionals meet to staff cases, witnesses wait in a comfortable atmosphere before court and forensic interviews of children who have suffered abuse are conducted.
“All members of the District Attorney’s Office are committed to providing services to the members of our community and will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to keep Okmulgee safe,” District Attorney Carol Iski stated.
Iski is the district attorney for District 25, which includes Okmulgee and McIntosh counties.
