The Beggs Alumni Association has officially opened applications for its 2026 Alumni Scholarship, a long‑standing tradition aimed at supporting Beggs High School seniors as they take their next steps into college or technical school. This year, the Association will award one $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior who has demonstrated dedication to Beggs Public Schools and the Beggs community.
The scholarship will be applied toward the student’s first year of tuition at an accredited college, university or technical/trade school. The award will be sent directly to the institution’s bursar’s office once the recipient provides proof of enrollment by Sept. 1, 2026.
The selected student must attend the Beggs Alumni Banquet on June 27. The scholarship winner receives free admission to the banquet, and all Beggs High School seniors are also admitted at no cost. Reservations for guests must be made by June 8 by emailing Beggs.alumni@gmail.com.
