A festive holiday shopping experience highlighting Native creativity and com‑munity support is coming to downtown Okmulgee this Saturday, Dec. 20, with The Christmas Countdown Market. The event will take place from 2-7 p.m. at the Rowe Center, located at 302 S. Seminole Ave. in Okmulgee.
The Christmas Countdown Market will feature a variety of offerings, including Na‑tive arts and crafts, bake goods, food and a silent auction. The market is designed to give shoppers an opportunity to sup‑port local Native artists while checking off last-minute holiday gifts in a welcoming, festive setting.
Organizers are encouraging the com‑munity to attend and support local Native vendors while enjoying a unique seasonal market experience centered on creativity, culture and holiday spirit.
