Catholic Churches announce Christmas Mass schedule

The Okmulgee Catholic Church Office has released the Christmas Mass schedule for the upcoming holiday, inviting the community to come together to celebrate the true meaning of the season.

Christmas Eve Mass will be held Wednesday, Dec. 24, at 4 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, located at 515 S. Morton Ave. in Okmulgee.

On Christmas Day, Thursday, Dec. 25, two Masses are scheduled. The first will take place at 8:30 a.m. at Uganda Martyrs Catholic Church, located at 808 E. 3rd Street in Okmulgee. The second Christmas Day Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 515 S. Morton Avenue.

Church officials encourage area residents to attend and celebrate the reason for the season during these special Christmas services.
