Visitors got a first-hand look at the traditions of early Oklahoma frontier life at the Oklahoma Territory Rendezvous Association (OTRA) Dripping Springs Rendezvous. After a one-year hiatus, and change of ownership, the event was held at the Dripping Springs Park near Okmulgee once again. Participants and visitors alike are transported back to a time when traders, trappers and travelers gathered at seasonal Rendezvous to share goods, stories and skills essential to frontier life. Several area schools brought students to experience how life was in the early settlers day.
