The young and young-at-heart went all in this year for Halloween as it was the perfect day and perfect weather to show off their holiday spirit. At the Okmulgee County Courthouse, employees dressed up for the occasion, including the staff inside the Okmulgee Court Clerk’s Office, who as usual decorated part of the office in a spooky way. Around town, Marlyn Fowler stopped by the Times office for a visit, while Julie Collett and Cindy Taylor were ready to pass out treats Friday afternoon during Scare on the Square, with hundreds of people turning out for the annual event.
