Several organizations associated with Uganda Martyrs Catholic Church are preparing for a bean dinner fundraiser to be held Friday, Oct. 3, beginning at 11 a.m. and ending at 1:30 p.m. The church fellowship hall is located at 3rd & Choctaw in Okmulgee. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit other non-profit organizations in the community.

The dinner will consist of beans with ham, cornbread, coleslaw and dessert for a donation of $10. Tickets may be purchased prior to the date from Beverley Cazenave at 314 -799-1642 or Gary Calip, 918-319-0369, and will also be available at the door. Delivery of five or more dinners will be provided if needed.

It’s a simple meal with a meaningful purpose. Please join them Friday, Oct. 3.
