Alyssa Sue King, age 11, of Beggs, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025. Born Wednesday, July 9, 2014, in Tulsa with her twin sister Adalyn, Alyssa was a joyful fifth grader at Beggs Middle School, where she cheered and was learning percussion in band. She loved art, drawing, making jewelry, swimming, riding four wheelers – and had a beautiful singing voice. Animals held a special place in her heart, especially her chicken Hay Hay and her beloved cat. She delighted in tropical clothes, colorful flowers, fun music and TV shows, always expressing kindness and creativity.
She is survived by her parents, Ashley and Kyle Thompson; biological father, Scott King; brothers, Zachary Sprague and Jacob Sprague; sister, Abigail Sprague; her twin sister Adalyn King; and a brother, Kash Thompson. Alyssa is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Felicia and Dean July 9, 2014 – September 19, 2025
Young; paternal grandparents, Billie and Michael Thompson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and all who loved her. Alyssa will be deeply missed, but her light and joy will live on in our hearts.
A celebration of Alyssa’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2025, at Nuyaka Baptist Church, with Rev. John Russell officiating.
