Norma Joyce Scroggins, passed away peacefully surrounded by her daughters on August 2, 2025, in Albuquerque, N.M. She was born on July 18, 1923, in Morris, and led a life marked by devotion, humor, and an unwavering commitment

to her family and faith.

Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Okmulgee Cemetery.
