The Bible assures us in different Scriptures that the Old Testament was written for our “admonition” and “ensamples (or examples)” for us today (I Corinthians 10:11). We are reminded in II Timothy 3:16-17, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man (or woman, teenager or child) of God may be perfect (mature), throughly furnished unto all good works.”
