The Okmulgee Public Library is buzzing with excitement this summer - literally. Last week, young readers and families enjoyed a “bug-tastic” afternoon during the Insect Adventures program, an educational and hands-on experience brought to town by Oklahoma State University’s Stillwater campus. Children had a blast exploring the fascinating world of insects, earning prizes and smiles as they learned about beetles, butterflies and more.
