Get ready to put on your dancing shoes for a great cause. The Okmulgee-Okfuskee County Youth Services is inviting the community to the 2nd Annual Line Dance Competition & Showcase on Friday, July 11, at the Brock Memorial Gym, located at 412 W. 2nd Street in Okmulgee.

This free, family-friendly event promises an evening of music, food and fun from 6-9 p.m., all while supporting a meaningful cause. Attendees are encouraged to “come dance for the kids” and show off their best moves as individuals or as part of a team in this lively and inclusive community celebration.

There is no admission charge, and all money raised through sponsorships will go directly to programs that benefit children and families in Okmulgee and Okfuskee Counties.

Organizers are currently seeking participants and teams to register for the dance competition.
