Wanda L. McChesney was born January 5, 1932, in Duncan to the late Frank and Lena Rose. She met and married her lifelong love H.G. “Mac” McChesney on June 29, 1950. Wanda wore many hats, from mother, grandma, Sunday School teacher, VBS teacher, camp cook, Girl and Boy Scout leader, biggest fan of all kids and grandkids sports, gardener, encourager, awesome friend and many more. But the most important one to her was her Christian walk with God. Her ultimate goal for anyone she met or knew was for them to come to know God through his grace and forgivingness. She lived her beliefs every day. Wanda was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, where she faithfully served the Lord and wanted to be in church every time the doors were open. She is now walking the streets of heaven and singing praises to his name. You too can have the same assurance of heaven as she did.
She was preceded in passing by her parents, husband and two brothers.
