NEO to host Oklahoma 8-Man All-Star Football Game this Saturday

The stage is set for one of Oklahoma’s premier high school football showcases as the Oklahoma Eight-Man Football Coaches Association (OEMFCA) All-Star Game kicks off this Saturday, June 21, at 6 p.m. at Red Robertson Field on the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) in Miami.

This annual matchup will feature the top 8-man football athletes from across Oklahoma, including several standouts from Okmulgee County. Representing the Dewar Dragons are Naea Corbin, Keelan Berry and Damian Smith. Charles Shelburn will represent the Wilson Tigers.

Fans attending the game will witness a fast-paced, high-energy contest highlighting the skill, sportsmanship and heart that define 8-man football in Oklahoma. The athletes will arrive on campus early Saturday, participating in pregame activities and walking the field before kickoff adding a sense of celebration to this memorable night.

Tickets for the All-Star Game will be sold at the gate: $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4-17. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early for a full evening of football, community pride, and recognition of Oklahoma’s future gridiron stars.

This year marks the 22nd time that NEO has hosted the All-Star Game in the event’s 52-year history. As the home of the storied Golden Norse Football program – with eight national championships, five Southwest Junior College titles and more than 50 NFL alumni – NEO is proud to serve as the backdrop for the next generation of football standouts.

Whether you’re a dedicated fan of local high school football or just looking for an exciting event to attend, Saturday’s game promises to deliver. Come out and show your support for Okmulgee County’s best – including the Dewar Dragons and Wilson Tigers – as they take the field one final time to represent their schools, families and communities with pride.
