For far too long, northeast Oklahoma has lacked access to a Level I Trauma Center for both adult and pediatric patients. That is now set to change, thanks to critical legislative action and a landmark partnership between Saint Francis Health System and the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Medical Authority.
