I was a freshman in high school when an announcement came over the school intercom. Our school was going to have a swim team. Anyone who might be interested in joining the team should show up at the pool after last period. I liked to swim and thought that sounded like fun, so I showed up. It wasn’t fun! It was hard work. I couldn’t take it and after two days I quit.
