Cindy LeAnn McIntosh, 59, of Checotah, passed away peacefully at her home on May 21, 2025. She was born on March 20, 1966, in Tahlequah. She was raised and spent most of her early childhood in Richardville. The family will receive friends at Integrity Funeral Home on Thursday, May 29, from 3-7 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 30, at Checotah Cemetery.
