Harp III to graduate from Emory University
Roderick Harp III, a member of the Choctaw and Muscogee Nations, is an undergraduate student at Emory University, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Health. His parents are Roderick and Chandis Harp, grandparents Richard and Gwen Cooks, Allen Anderson and LouWanda Johnson. Roderick has a projected graduation date of May 12, 2025. With a GPA of 3.5, Roderick has balanced academic excellence with a deep commitment to public health research, Indigenous advocacy and campus leadership. His educational and professional journey reflects a passion for promoting health equity, sustainability and the cultural empowerment of Native American communities.
