The Okmulgee County Community Garden is holding a plant sale today and tomorrow, April 25-26.
According to Garden Executive Director Bob Seebeck, a variety of plants are available including vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and sweet corn, along with house plants the likes of Boston ferns, Purple Heart, Sedums and Dwarf Marigolds.
“We have plenty of healthy starts, and want to make them available to the public,” Seeback said.
The sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Community Garden, located at 1206 S. Belmont in Okmulgee, across the street to the west of the Muscogee Creek Nation Medical Center and south of the Okmulgee County Health Department.
