Barbara Denise Akinosi, age 62, formerly of Okmulgee, died Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Integris Hospice House of Oklahoma City, surrounded by family. Funeral service is scheduled Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Lone Tree Missionary Baptist Church, 18250 S. 350th Rd. in Morris, with Pastor Stacy Phillips officiating and Pastor Douglas Currington, Sr. delivering the eulogy. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Okmulgee. Visitation will be held Friday, April 11, 2025, from 1-4 p.m. The family has been cared for by House of Winn – Okmulgee.
