October 17, 1954 – March 27, 2025

Ruthel Watkins, age 70, homemaker and resident of Okmulgee, died Thursday, March 27, 2025, in her home. Funeral service is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Baptist Church, 1001 E. Chicago in Okmulgee, with Bro. Percy West delivering the eulogy. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1-4 p.m. Cremation is the final disposition. The family has been cared for by House of Winn – Okmulgee.
