Henryetta boys golf team finds early success

The Henryetta High School boys golf team is off to a strong start this spring, highlighted by an impressive showing at their own Henryetta Invitational held Monday at the Henryetta Golf Club.

Brady Norman claimed the tournament’s top individual honor with a stellar round of 77, earning him the title of Tournament Champion. His performance helped lead the Knights to a second-place team finish with a total score of 359.

The team will return to their home course next week to host the annual Heartland Conference Tournament on Wednesday, April 3.

In addition to the high school boys, both the Henryetta girls and middle school golf teams have a full slate of tournaments lined up throughout March and April. Here’s a detailed look at the upcoming schedule: Henryetta Golf Schedule

• March 27 – HS Girls Dickson Tournament @ Ardmore

• March 28 – HS Boys & Girls Sapulpa Tournament • March 31 – HS Boys Coweta Tournament @ Indian Springs/Broken Arrow

• April 3 – HS Boys & Girls Heartland Conference @ Henryetta

• April 5 – HS Boys & Girls Eufaula Tournament @ Canadian/Arrowhead

• April 7 – MS Boys & Girls Tahlequah Tournament @ Cherokee Springs

• April 8 – MS Boys & Girls Stigler Tournament

• April 9 – HS Girls Henryetta Tournament

• April 10 – HS Boys Tecumseh Tournament @ Shawnee/Firelake

• April 12 – HS Boys Bixby Tournament @ Jenks/ Southlakes

• April 15 – HS Girls Tecumseh Tournament @ Shawnee/Firelake

• April 17 – HS Boys Del City Tournament @ Tropser Park/OKC

• April 18 – MS Boys Stroud Tournament

• April 21 – HS Boys Yukon Tournament @ El Reno/Crimson Creek Schedule subject to change.
