When I encounter the word “resurrection,” my mind goes immediately to the three long days and nights our Savior lay bound in death in a cold, dark and borrowed tomb. For His mother and His disciples, the time must have seemed like an eternity, and especially in view of the fact that they had not grasped the truth of the resurrection. But, what glory, joy and even surprise they experienced when it became reality!
