Joyce Gail Ramsey, 74, of Schulter, died in Tulsa on February 28, 2025. She was born in Bixby on August 25, 1950, to Evertt Kern Lambert and Elsie Marie Metcalf.
Gail graduated from Bixby High School on May 23, 1968. She was married to Wayne Ramsey for 53 years. Gail wanted to be remembered for the love of her dogs.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband Rufus Wayne Ramsey and her parents Evertt Kern Lambert and Elsie Marie Metcalf.
She is survived by her only son, Jeremy Wayne Ramsey and wife Sellena Ramsey; grandchildren Ciara Bruce and Garrett Bruce; cousin Kathy Sechrest and spouse Lonnie Sechrest; and “niece” Kara Spencer, along with many friends and fur babies.

A memorial service for Wayne and Gail Ramsey has been arranged at Green Hill Funeral Home, 400 E. Teel Rd. in Sapulpa, on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 2 p.m. Otis Spencer will officiate.
