Dawna Chapmon

January 1, 1944 – February 3, 2025

Dawna Lynn Chapmon, a resident of Henryetta, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025, in Tulsa at the age of 81. She was born January 1, 1944, in Henryetta to Frank Boatright and Ophelia (Wallen) Boatright. Dawna was an educator for many years, working as a teacher for Dustin and Dewar Schools. She was also a member of the Eastern Star for several years.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2025, at Dewar First Baptist Church, with Rev. Ryan Wells officiating. Interment will follow at New Sonora Cemetery. Services are under the care and direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
