Okmulgee County Fairboard meeting moved to Jan. 13

Due to the weather, the regular scheduled meeting of the Okmulgee County Fairboard has been moved to Monday, Jan. 13, at 7 p.m. at the OSU Extension Center, 1901 N. Oklahoma in Okmulgee.

Agenda items include:

• Treasurer’s Report

• New Business: a. Follow up on purchasing tables from Morris Feed Store b. Replacement for Jim Hall who will be up for reelection in 2025 c. Doorknob replacement bid on Show Barn. d. OCSLS and work days etc.

• Vote to go into Executive Session: 25 O.S 307 (b)(7) Discussing any matter where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law. (Attorney Opinion 79-80)

• Vote to come out of Executive Session:

• Committee Reports: a. OCSLS report Adjourn Letter
