Cheryl Joyce McDonald, 66, passed away peacefully in her home on Christmas Day. She was born December 13, 1958, to Clyde and Betty Hudson in Okmulgee. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Clyde and Betty Hudson; stepsister Tonya Hudson; and her older brother David Hudson.

Mark and his wife Annie of Preston; as well as her cherished nephews, Ryan Hudson and wife Cheyenne and Chad McDonald and wife Crystal. Great nephews and niece, Chad Mc-Donald, Cal Hudson, Baylor Hudson and Cami Hudson.
Cheryl will be remembered for her deep love of family, her warmth, and her unwavering passion for life. She had a heart full of kindness and was a loving and loyal friend to all who knew her. Cheryl’s infectious laughter, beautiful smile and vibrant spirit will be forever embedded in the hearts of her family and friends.
A celebration of Cheryl’s life will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Okmulgee First Freewill Baptist Church, 601 S. Oklahoma Ave. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory.
Though Cheryl is no longer with us, her love and light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. May she rest in peace.
