Randall Joe Holleman

Randall Joe Holleman, a well-known community member, known to most as Randy, passed away on October 31, 2024, in Tulsa at the age of 74. He was born on October 20, 1950, to Arthur (Ott) and Betty (McClarty) Holleman in Okmulgee. Randy graduated from Okmulgee High School, continued his education at Oklahoma State University and Rhema Bible School and completed the Grace Fellowship School of the Local Church program.

Randy worked with his mother and his brother Ott at the family business, Holleman Iron and Metal, for many years before he and his wife Alice reopened Coleman’s Bakery in 2004, a beloved community establishment.

A lover of water, Randy enjoyed swimming, boating, and fishing. Each year, he cherished family vacations to the beach community of Seaside, Fla., where he indulged in his favorite seafood, particularly oysters on the half shell. Randy’s passion for good food extended beyond the beach to the many homemade dishes found at Coleman’s. He was an avid music lover who attended numerous concerts and music festivals, often taking to the dance floor to show off his moves.

At home in Okmulgee, Randy found peace at the lake, where he gathered with friends for horseshoes and fellowship. He would often suggest taking a drive to check out a new place or revisit familiar favorites. A devoted believer, Randy dedicated much of his time to reading and studying the Bible.

Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Betty, and his sister, Carrie Mabrey. He is survived October 20, 1950 – October 31, 2024

by his wife, Alice, with whom he shared 49 wonderful years; his children, Hannah Holleman and her husband Chris Williams, Katy (Holleman) Banning and her husband Chris, Randy Holleman, and Benjamin Holleman and his wife Amber; his beloved grandchildren, Grant and his wife Payton, Kirstyn and her husband Tasker, Hunter, River, Asher, Benjamin, AnnaLee, Evan, Amelia, and Abigail, with his first great-grandchild on the way. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

Randy’s vibrant spirit and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Viewing for Randy will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 1-6 p.m. at Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel of Okmulgee.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Okmulgee, with Pastor Kendall Warren officiating. The family welcomes everyone to dress casually. Feel free to come in your favorite blue jeans and bright colors. Interment will follow at Okmulgee Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Mc-Clendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Memories, condolences, photos and videos may be shared with the family on Randy’s Tribute Page at www.mcclendon- winters.com.
