Last week, the Morris FFA competed at the Bristow cattle grading. Special congratulations to the Junior team that placed third. The team includes Brooklyn Wright, Katie Russell, Jasper Trickett and Hunter George. Brooklyn Wright was 5th place and Kade Monks was 3rd place. The Senior team was also placed fifth (Bayler Adams, Leah Ansley, Jace Clark and Jathen Monks). The FFA has been busy with lots of events including competing at the Okmulgee County Free Fair, such as Taylor Owen, pictured with her winning entry. Team members are also competing in the Tulsa State Fair, which is currently underway. Morris FFA would like to say thank you to the Morris FFA and 4-H Booster club for giving their greenhouse a much needed facelift. They would also like to thank all of those who donated, and purchased fundraiser items to make this a possibility.
