James B. Gainor

James B. Gainor, 87-year-old resident of Okmulgee, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024, in Tulsa. He was born Friday, January 1, 1937, to Clarence D. Gainor and Edna A. (Romine) Gainor in Okmulgee.

Mr. Gainor was a veteran serving in the United States Navy. He worked as a residential painter. He is survived by his grandson Corey Gainor of Okmulgee; granddaughter Tuesday Bono; nephews, Rocky and R.C. Morrow and numerous extended family and friends.

Visitation was held from 3-6 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Add’Vantage January 1, 1937 – September 6, 2024

Funeral Service Chapel.

Graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2024, at Okmulgee Cemetery, with Pastor Chip Bendel officiating. Military honors provided by the United States Navy Honor Guard.
