In their first matchup of the week, Preston faced off against the Bartlesville Lady Bruins in a tightly contested pitcher’s duel.

Taylan Starr commanded the circle, recording an impressive 12 strikeouts while allowing only one hit over six innings. The Lady Pirates capitalized on opportunities, scoring early with runs in the second and third innings. Josie Cope and Kynlee Martin contributed offensively, each collecting two hits to support Preston’s 3-0 victory.
