Judy Ann Kelsey, a resident of Henryetta, passed away August 23, 2024, in Tulsa, at the age of 67. She was born Thursday, November 1, 1956, in Dumas, Texas to Christine Ann (Birdcreek) and John Watson Riley. Funeral Service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Integrity Chapel, 410 E. Trudgeon St. in Henryetta, with interment to follow at Riley Family Cemetery.
