Wendell Wayne Harjo, 60, a resident of Henryetta, died Sunday, August 18, 2024, in Okmulgee. Wendell was born February 2, 1964, in Tahlequah to Norma Jean (Harjo) and Robert Ray Chalakee, Sr. Rev. Mitchell Taylor and Rev. Wallace Gambler will officiate. Visitation is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. Thursday, August 22, at Integrity Funeral Service. Wake Service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at Hickory Ground I Indian Baptist Church in Henryetta. Funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, August 23, at Hickory Ground Indian Baptist Church. Arrangements and Services under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
