Ronald Edward Campbell

Ronald Edward Campbell was born February 7, 1931, in Okmulgee to Thomas R. and Celine Bantuelle Campbell. He passed away May 25, 2024, in Oklahoma City at the age of 93.

Ronald grew up around his family’s business, where he started working in 1942 when he was only 11. He continued working as a machinist and running the business until just last year, 2023, when he was 92.

Ronald served his country proudly with the United States Navy. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was known to pull off a practical joke from time to time. He put himself through the training needed to learn electrical and heat & air. He along with his wife, Patricia, were completely dedicated to raising their family. Ronald was generous to a fault February 7, 1931 – May 25, 2024

often with complete strangers. He loved his family dearly and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas R. and Celine Bantuelle Campbell; wife of 67 years, Patricia (Cloon); and his brother, Richard Campbell. Survivors include his children, Ronelle Stover and her husband Kenneth of San Diego, Clarissa Bartz and her husband Michael of San Diego, Clay Campbell and his wife Stephanie of Owasso, Jeff Fholer and his wife Carissa Gregg of San Antonio, (3) grandchildren, Ryan, Brittany, Kylie and her husband Gregg; (1) great-grandchild, Silas; siblings, Carolyn Campbell Hacker, Glenn Campbell and his wife Mary Lou; along with other family and friends.

A funeral will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at Lehman Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Chris Hill officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
