Joie Lou (Hammontree) Russell, age 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at her home in Lowell, Ind. surrounded by loving family. Joie was born on December 11, 1943, in Hanna to Leo and Lorene (Garrison) Hammontree.

Viewing for Joie will be held from 9-10 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Integrity Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Integrity Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow the service at Hanna Cemetery in Hanna. Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Arrangements and services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service.
