October 11, 1946 – May 11, 2024

Dixie Ann Bolen, a resident of Earlsboro, died May 11, 2024. She was born October 11, 1946, in Hanna to Leonard and Lucy Mae (Martin) Sims. Dixie is a retired teacher with the Shawnee Independent School District and attended the Church of Christ. She married Jerry Bolen on October 11, 1985, in Shawnee.

No visitation will take place per family request. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Hanna Cemetery under the direction of Rogers Funeral Home. Weather permitting, be sure to check the web page for service time.
