Delinquent taxes for 2020
The Okmulgee County Treasurer’s Office will hold the June Resale, an auction on properties that are delinquent for the tax year 2020, on Monday, June
10, at 9 a.m. at the Okmulgee County Fairgrounds, 1901 N. Oklahoma Ave. in Okmulgee.
“We will have a list available in our office as of May 8, for $25,” Treasurer Lindsay Bunch said. “The basic list will be available in the Okmulgee Times beginning May 8, and will run every Wednesday in May.”
Registration will start at 8 a.m. at the fairgrounds, but prospective buyers will have the opportunity to pre-register the week before the sale.
The Okmulgee County Treasurer’s Office only accepts personal checks if they have a letter of credit from your financial institute in their office no later than May 31, 2024. Credit cards will not be accepted as payment for the June Resale properties.
“We will accept cash payments,” Bunch said.
Please note all properties sold in our sale are “as is.”
