Richard Dewayne Bailey, of Morris, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the age of 65 years. He was born on March 28, 1959, in Myrtle Point, Ore. to Ed and Sharon Bailey. His funeral service was held at First Assembly of God Church in Okmulgee on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 1 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Schaudt’s Okmulgee Funeral Service.
